These terms apply to the cross-border access and network optimization subscription services provided by UyVPN. By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a plan, or continuing to use the service, users agree to read and follow the rules below.
Service Scope
UyVPN provides network connection optimization, cross-border access, and subscription management through international routes, covering 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Available route entrances, connection regions, and client access methods are subject to the information shown in the user panel.
The service is intended to improve connection paths across different network environments and does not guarantee continuous access to any specific website, application, or third-party content. Third-party services may independently change regional policies, account rules, or technical requirements, and such changes are outside UyVPN's control.
Account and Subscription Rules
Users may create an account with a username and password, with no email address required. Users must protect their login credentials, subscription details, and payment records, and are responsible for activity carried out under their account. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity is detected, users should change their password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
A single subscription supports use on an unlimited number of devices, but only by the account holder and within their reasonable management scope. Users may not sell, rent, or transfer a subscription, publish subscription details, or provide the service to unspecified third parties through account sharing, public interfaces, or other means. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the place where the service is used, and independently confirm that their accessed content, data transmissions, and account activity meet those requirements. The service may not be used to infringe others' rights, distribute unlawful content, conduct network attacks, access systems without authorization, interfere with network facilities, or engage in other unlawful activities.
Users may not use the service to send bulk disruptive messages, scan or damage network resources, or generate abnormal traffic through automation that affects other users' normal connections. Users are legally responsible for complaints, claims, penalties, or third-party disputes arising from their own conduct.
Service Availability and Liability
UyVPN may adjust route entrances or connection methods based on route quality, network congestion, maintenance schedules, and operational needs. Planned maintenance, upstream network failures, infrastructure issues, third-party platform changes, natural disasters, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may cause connection interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of certain features.
Users should keep necessary data backups and alternative connection arrangements for important work. UyVPN does not control issues caused by third-party website content, third-party account status, user device configuration, or local network conditions; liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected by these terms.
Account Suspension and Termination
If an account is used to resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, consume network resources abnormally, disrupt service operation, infringe third-party rights, or violate applicable laws and regulations, UyVPN may, as appropriate, restrict relevant connections, suspend account features, or terminate the service. To investigate risks, the service may ask users to complete necessary account confirmation through the user panel.
Users may stop using the service and manage existing subscriptions in the user panel. Termination does not remove responsibilities incurred before termination, nor does it invalidate compliance requirements, liability limits, or dispute-handling provisions that have already taken effect.
Refunds and Term Changes
A full refund without cause may be requested within 7 days of the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so that the account, order, and original payment record can be verified. Refunds are processed according to the original payment record; requests outside the scope above are handled under applicable laws and regulations and the actual order status.
UyVPN may revise these terms due to changes in service scope, technical conditions, compliance requirements, or operating rules. Updated terms will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be adjusted accordingly. Changes that materially affect user rights or obligations will receive reasonable notice through the website or user panel. Continued use after the terms are updated indicates acceptance of the revised content; users who disagree may stop using the service.
