This page is a lightweight setup path for first-time UyVPN users. Keep it open in your browser while completing the account and order steps in the user panel in another tab. If a client shows an error, access still fails after switching routes, or the subscription will not update, visit the Help Center and troubleshoot by issue type. For subscription maintenance, routing modes and cross-platform migration, read the Full User Guide.
Create an account and save your login details
Start by opening the UyVPN user panel’s account creation page. Set a username and password as prompted, then submit the form; no email address is required. Your username identifies you when you later open Account Overview, check orders and retrieve your subscription. Choose a combination that is easy to remember without resembling another public nickname. Store the password separately, and do not reuse a password from another important service.
If the page opens the user panel after submission, your account is ready to use. If it returns to the login screen, sign in with the username and password you just set. In the panel, first confirm that the top or account section shows the correct account before choosing a plan. If your browser autofills old details, verify the username so the order is not placed on another account. After creating the account, there is no need to search for a public download link: clients, orders and subscription details are all available in the user panel.
This step creates the account only; it does not automatically generate an active subscription. Next, open the Plans section and place an order based on your actual usage. If the page says the username is already taken, choose another username and submit again. For other account issues, visit the Help Center and open the “Account & Subscription” category instead of repeatedly retrying here.
Start FreeChoose a plan and complete your order
After signing in, open the Plans section in the user panel. UyVPN monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. For ongoing usage, choose based on your estimated monthly data needs. If your usage is occasional, you can also choose a data package that remains available until used and never expires, including ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB.
Before choosing, distinguish between the two billing models. Monthly subscriptions suit regular monthly connections, with data resetting on the activation date each month. Data packages suit intermittent use, since unused data is not cleared at the end of a fixed month. Consider usage frequency as well as the data allowance: frequent streaming, system updates or continuous connections on multiple devices typically consume data faster, while occasional browsing and text-based services use it more gradually.
After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation page and check the plan name, price and account. Then select one of the payment methods shown on the page: Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT. After payment, return to Orders or Account Overview and wait for the order status to update. When upgrading a monthly subscription midway through a cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days, so rely on the confirmation page before proceeding. All plans support unlimited devices. Refund terms for the first payment are available on the Plans page and in the Terms of Use; they are not repeated here.
If the subscription is not visible immediately after payment, refresh Account Overview and check the order status. Do not create the same order again. Once the order is active, the panel will show a subscription entry in the account area. Then continue to the next step and copy the subscription link.
Get the subscription link from Account Overview
After the order becomes active, open Account Overview and find an entry such as Subscription Details, Copy Subscription or Import into Client. This is not an ordinary webpage address: it contains the route configuration credentials for your account, which the client uses to load available routes and update the configuration later. After copying, paste the complete content into the client’s subscription field. Do not manually remove or edit the beginning, query parameters or trailing characters.
The example below is only a dummy value that will not connect to UyVPN. Always copy the real link from the current account panel. Do not use a tutorial screenshot, another user’s shared content or an address found in search results.
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
After copying, you can leave the user panel open and launch the client for your platform. Keep the subscription link only on devices you control and in trusted clients. It is used to retrieve configuration and should not be posted in group chats, public documents or screenshots. If it was shared accidentally, check your account and subscription status in the user panel, then contact support through a ticket for next steps.
Account Overview also shows your current plan and data information. Before importing, confirm that the plan is still active so an order issue is not mistaken for a client failure. If no subscription entry appears, return to Orders and check the payment status. If the order is valid but the entry is still missing, visit the Help Center for account and subscription issues or submit a ticket from the panel.
Open Account OverviewImport the client on your platform
Get the client from the Downloads section of the UyVPN user panel; the marketing site does not provide public installers. Choose your device platform, install as instructed, then import the subscription link copied in the previous step. Menu names vary between clients, but the workflow is the same: “Add Subscription — Paste Link — Update Configuration — View Route List.”
Windows: Add a configuration from the subscription entry
Select the Windows client in the user panel and install it as instructed. After launching it, look for a Subscriptions, Configurations or Remote Configuration section and choose Add. Paste the complete subscription link copied from Account Overview into the address field. You can name it locally, such as “UyVPN,” to distinguish it from other configurations, then save and run an update.
After the update, the main window should show a route list or configuration group. If the list is still empty, check that no spaces were added before or after the link, then run another manual update. Some Windows clients open their main window from the taskbar area, and the connection switch may be in the system tray menu. Confirm that a route is selected before moving on to the connection step.
macOS: Import remote configuration and allow the connection
Get the macOS client from the user panel and install it. When opening it for the first time, follow the system prompts to grant the permissions required to create a network connection. In the client’s configuration or subscription page, choose Import from Link, paste the complete subscription address and save it. Then click Update so the client can load routes from your account subscription.
macOS may show another system confirmation the first time you connect. This is a normal step for creating a local network configuration. After confirming, return to the client and check that the active configuration has switched to the UyVPN subscription you just imported. If the client has a menu bar icon, you can use it to select a route and connect quickly, but during the first setup it is best to use the full window and confirm that both the subscription and route list have loaded.
Android: Import the subscription by link
Open the Android download entry in the user panel, get the client and install it. In the app, find the configuration manager, tap Add and choose “Import from Link” or a similarly named option. Paste the subscription link, confirm and wait for the update to finish. When the route list appears, choose a route in a region suitable for your target service.
The first time you tap Connect, Android displays a network connection permission prompt. Confirm it before the app can establish the connection. If strict background restrictions are enabled, the connection may pause when you switch to another app. Those system maintenance issues are outside this page; see the Help Center’s connection and troubleshooting categories. At this stage, simply confirm that the subscription updates, routes appear and the Connect button works.
iOS: Add the subscription in the client
Check the iOS client instructions in the user panel and obtain the appropriate client using the method provided there. Open it, go to the subscription, profile or remote resources page, choose Add Link, then paste and save the subscription address from Account Overview. After updating, return to the home screen and choose the required region from the route list.
The first time you connect, iOS asks for permission to add a network configuration. Confirm the system prompt and return to the client. If the import menu is not shown directly, check the client’s Add button, configuration groups or subscription manager. Names vary between versions, but you do not need to enter each route manually. Once the subscription updates and regional routes appear, continue to the connection step.
Choose a route and connect
After the subscription updates successfully, the client will show the available routes. Choose based on the region required by your target service rather than switching through every route. For services in Japan, start with a Japan route; for content in Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea or the United States, choose the corresponding region. UyVPN covers 90+ countries and 200+ routes. If several options are available in one region, start with the client’s current recommendation or a standard route near the top of the list.
Select a route and turn on the connection. Depending on the platform, the switch may be called Connect, Start or Enable System Proxy. Wait for the status to change from Not Connected to Connected, then open the target website or app. When changing routes, disconnect first, select the new route and reconnect. This makes it easier to determine which route is carrying the current traffic.
There is no need to change advanced modes during the initial setup. If the client offers Rule, Global or other split-routing options, keep the default setting and verify the basic connection first. If the default mode reaches the target service, the account, subscription, client and route are all connected correctly. Only investigate per-app settings when you know a specific app is not using the connection; the Full User Guide covers those settings.
If the connection quickly returns to Not Connected after you enable it, update the subscription once and try another route in the same region. If no route connects, check the plan status and client permissions. Do not change several settings at once; adjust one part at a time to identify whether the issue comes from the subscription, route or system configuration.
Verify the connection and finish the initial setup
A Connected status in the client is only the first check. Keep the connection on, close any target-page tabs that were already open and reopen the website or app. This reduces the effect of an old connection, cached page or background session. If the target service loads normally and its content region matches the selected route, the basic connection is working.
You can also check whether the exit IP region changes with the route. Note the region shown while disconnected, connect and check it again. If it changes to the region associated with the selected route, browser traffic is using the current connection. Then test the app you actually need, since some apps use a different connection method; a working browser connection does not mean every background app follows the same rules.
If the client says Connected but the target service still shows content for the original region, fully close the app and reopen it, clear its existing session or try another route in the same region. If the exit region does not change, confirm that the active configuration came from the UyVPN subscription and check whether the connection mode covers the app being tested. Repeat the exit-region and app checks after every route change so an old session is not mistaken for the result of the new route.
Once verification is complete, the initial setup is finished. For daily use, follow this order: update the subscription, choose a region, connect and open the target service. When subscription content changes, refresh it manually in the client; there is no need to create another account or place another order. When changing devices, get the appropriate client from the user panel and import the current account subscription. UyVPN supports unlimited devices at the same time.
If the issue persists, note your platform, the error shown by the client, the current plan status and the step where the problem occurred. Then visit the Help Center and search the relevant category. Full DNS checks, per-app verification, long-term maintenance and renewal guidance are covered in the user guide and are not expanded here.
